How Do I Get My equipment?

All items are delivered to you through currier services. Tracking can be provided if required.

Do I know my Items are on the way?

Yes, I send you an email to confirm your order and that it has been sent out, it will include an estimation of arrival time.

What are your payment options?

All items must be paid for through the website, on completion of payment I will then send out your order.

Can I pre-order a new line item?

When the new lines are being posted on the site you can put in a request for the item to be reserved, payment will not be taken until the item is ready for dispatch.

How long does Delivery take?

Normally you should expect to receive your item within 7-10 days, this is often an over prediction and you will receive it much quicker. Items not arrived within this time frame please contact me.

What is your return policy?

Please contact me should you wish to return items, I can then advise you where to send it and also establish if it is to be refunded or replaced eg if faulty.

Have you personally used these items?

I am an enthusiast in the activities that I sell items for, and so often yes I have either used these items or something very similar.
